Effective from: 1st September 2025

By booking a consultation or treatment with Infinity Hair Loss Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All new clients must attend an initial consultation before any treatment can be provided.
Clients are required to complete a pre-consultation form, which includes personal and medical information. This is necessary to assess your suitability for treatment.
Infinity Hair Loss Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe based on the information provided or disclosed during the consultation.

A fee is required to book your consultation.
If you choose to proceed with a treatment plan, the consultation fee will be credited toward the total cost of your treatment.
The consultation fee is non-transferable to other individuals or future appointments.

If you need to cancel your consultation, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
Missed appointments or failure to attend without notice will be considered a late cancellation.

Full payment is required in advance or at the time of treatment, as specified during your consultation.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, through our online booking system.
By booking, you authorise Infinity Hair Loss Clinic to charge your card (with your consent) for follow-up treatments, if agreed upon.

Individual results may vary. While we aim to provide effective and professional treatment, no specific results can be guaranteed.
We will always give honest and realistic advice based on your unique needs and circumstances.

Your personal and medical information is treated in strict confidence and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
Paper-based forms are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive consultations or treatments, unless accompanied by a legal guardian and agreed in advance.

Infinity Hair Loss Clinic reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an appointment at any time, particularly in cases of inappropriate behaviour, failure to disclose relevant medical information, or breach of these terms.

Clients are required to complete and sign a Pre-Treatment Consultation Questionnaire & Consent Form before any treatment can take place.
By signing this form, you confirm that the information provided is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You acknowledge that the treatment involves certain known and unknown risks, and that the outcome may vary depending on individual circumstances.
Infinity Hair Loss Clinic will not be held liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, or complications arising from:
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of consultation
- Known or unknown allergies not disclosed
- Medications or supplements not mentioned
- Failure to follow aftercare advice
By proceeding with treatment, you accept full responsibility for the decision and understand that you are receiving the treatment at your own risk, based on the information provided during your consultation.
